Raj Bhavan orders revised protocol of 'Honourable' for JK Guv

On the instructions of the Governor, the Raj Bhavan Secretariat has informed the state government before the Darbar closed, that in future correspondence, instead of 'His Excellency' the word 'Hon'ble' may be used before the title of Governor, a Raj Bhawan spokesperson said.

'His Excellency' would, however, be used in the Governor's interactions with foreign dignitaries, he said.
