Raj Govt appoints vice cancellors of two new universities

The Governor also appointed former IPS officer M L Kumawat as the first vice chancellor of Haridev Joshi University of Journalism to be set up in Jodhpur.

Sebastian works with 'The Hindu' newspaper here while Kumawat is the ex-chairman of 'Rajasthan Public Service Commission'- Ajmer.

Bills of the universities were passed by Rajasthan Vidhan Sabha in the recently concluded session.
