Raj Singh named Chef-de-Mission of India's CWG contingent

Wrestling Federation of India Secretary General Raj Si ngh was today named Chef-de-Mission of the Indian contingent for the Commonwealth Games to be held in Glasgow in July-August.

International shooter Raja K Sidhu will be the deputy chef-de-mission, the IOA said in a release. Sidhu is also one of the joint secretaries of the IOA.

Indian Kayaking and Canoeing Association President S Reghunathan will be the chairman of the Preparatory Committee for the Asian and Commonwealth Games.

The IOA also made its joint secretary S M Bali the chairman of the Co-ordination Committee for the National Games while Tamil Nadu Olympic Association General Secretary K Murugan will be the chairman of the Games Technical Conduct Committee for the National Games.
