Rajinder Singh takes over as new DIPR

Rajinder Singh, an IAS officer of 2000 batch, has been appointed as new Director of Information and Public Relations, Himachal Pradesh.

Singh who was posted as Director, Scheduled Castes, Other Backward Classes and Minority Affairs took charge today replacing C D Thakur, who retired yesterday.

Singh has also served as Deputy Commissioner, Bilaspur and Hamirpur districts and held many important postings during his service.
