Rao speaks against being barred from briefing media at CLP

Shankar Rao, known for his frequent attacks on the Chief Minister, used to train his guns on Kiran Kumar from the Congress Legislature Party office.

The CLP office-bearers have recently decided not to let the office premises to be used for criticising the Chief Minister or the government.

Maintaining that his rights as an MLA were breached, he said he would complain to the Assembly Speaker over the matter.
