A man was arrested today on the charge of raping a girl after enticing her with the promise of marriage.
As per the rape case registered at Dankaur Police station, a girl was recovered from Ghaziabad after she had gone missing around one and half month ago.
A man had enticed her promising marriage and the girl, in her complaint, told the police about sexual assault.
Police had sent her for medical examination and sexual assault was confirmed in the medical report today.
The accused identified as Mukesh has been arrested, police said.
