Union Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore took up and resolved complaints posted to him on social media platforms by farmers of his Lok Sabha constituency.
Farmers from his Jaipur (Rural) constituency had posted photographs of loose or dangling wires, long distances between consecutive electric poles and worn out transformers, on Facebook and WhatsApp, a statement today quoted Rathore.
The I&B Minister referred their complaints directly to the power distribution companies and state power authorities, and resolved them in the shortest time frame, it said.
