Ravindra Gupta today took over as new Member (Rolling Stock) in the Railway Board.
Hemant Kumar, the former Member (Rolling Stock) retired yesterday.
Prior to this appointment, Gupta was General Manager, South Central Railway (SCR).
Gupta has rendered distinguished service on SCR during his tenure of over one year and has been instrumental in charting a new course for the zone in the face of various challenges, said a release.
