Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat today met the parents of the seven-year-old Haldwani rape-and-murder victim at their residence in Pithoragarh and assured them justice.
Condoling the minor's tragic end, the chief minister said the state government was committed to ensure that the child got justice, an official release here said.
Earlier, Rawat also paid a visit to Gangolihat MLA Narayan Ram Arya who lost his son recently.
