The Reserve Bank has signed an MoU with financial regulators in South Korea for supervisory cooperation and exchange of information.
"The RBI today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Supervisory Cooperation and Exchange of Supervisory Information with the Financial Services Commission (FSC) and the Financial Supervisory Services (FSS), Republic of Korea," RBI said in a release.
The MoU was signed by Je-Yoon Shin, Chairman, FSC; Soohyun Choi, Governor, FSS and Harun R Khan, Deputy Governor, RBI.

The signing ceremony was held at the FSC Head Quarters in Seoul.
The RBI has been signing the MoUs and the Letter for Supervisory Co-operation with supervisors of other countries to promote greater co-operation and share supervisory information among the authorities.
