To support the cyclone affected customers in coastal Andhra Pradesh, Reliance Communications has set up a special call centre.

The customers can call on toll-free number 1949 to get in touch with the centre.

They can share the Reliance number of their near and dear who have been in the cyclone-hit areas and the centre will immediately provide them the last location where this mobile was radiating, before it got switched off, said RCom General Manager (Corporate Wireless Group) Susheel Dhanasri.

"In case the number belongs to some other mobile operator, Reliance will coordinate with that operator and get the details and share with them with the caller," the private telecom company said.
