Refined palmolein fell in an otherwise lacklustre Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today due to weak demand from retailers amid adequate supply positions.
Meanwhile, groundnutoil, castorseeds bold, castoroil commercial and linseedoil all ended stable in the absence of any worthwhile buying.
In the edible segment, refined palmolein declined by Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 580 from Wednesday's closing level of Rs 585. Groundnutoil closed unchanged at Rs 750 per 10 kg.
Moving to non-edible segment, castorseed bold, castoroil commercial and linseedoil also ended unaltered at Rs 3,950 per 100 kg, Rs 820 per 10 kg and Rs 760 per 10 kg respectively.
