Rentickle.com raises USD 4 mn for expansion

Online lifestyle products renting firm Rentickle.com has raised close to USD 4 million, which it will use for geographical and product category expansion.

The equity portion of investment was led by Ajay Relan, Founder and Chairman, CX Partners and ThinKuvate, a Singapore based VC firm, with participation from existing investors, the company said in a statement today.

The provision of debt line for the investment has been extended by DMI Finance, a Delhi-based NBFC.

Founders of Rentickle.com, Amit Sodhi and Vineet Chawla said the fresh capital raised will be utilised towards geographical and product category expansion as well as for pushing internal growth.

Rentickle.com is focused on enhancing lifestyles of urban consumers by offering products like home appliances, trendy furniture and home decor, among others.
