Gandhi is learnt to have heaped praise on the Prime Minister in the meeting saying he is "working very well" and wondered "why people are criticising our own government". He said that he is the Vice President of the party and is currently focussed on strengthening the party. Bahuguna had told him that "you are the next PM". As the meeting wrapped up, Gandhi also shared some light moments with party leaders. Earlier, Gandhi told the leaders that he was the youngest among them and hopeful of learning a lot from them.
