Two people were injured today following a clash between opposing groups in a local court complex here, police said.
The injured-- Raman Kumar and Harpreet Khalwara were hospitalised, they said.
According to police, Kumar and Aman Basra were rivals. As the former arrived in the court premises, he was attacked by Basra and his aides with sharp-edged weapons.
In a counter attack by Kumar and his group, Harpreet Khalwara, an accomplice of Basra was injured, they added.
City SHO Inspector Jatinderjit Singh said that investigations were on and the assailants would be arrested soon.
