Robbers take cow shelter employees hostage, steal cattle

A gang of twelve robbers raided a cow shelter and stole 18 cows and Rs 18,000 at Ukawli village in the district, police said today.

The miscreants held the cow shelter employees hostage and stole the cows and Rs 18,000 cash last night, SHO of Budhana police station Kamal Singh Yadav said.

A case has been registered against the unidentified miscreants, Yadav said, adding that hunt is on to nab them.
