Robin Williams' tribute video goes viral

A touching online video, featuring actor Jamie Costa's numerous impressions of Oscar-winner Robin Williams, has gone viral.

Costa paid homage to the late funnyman by impersonating some of Williams' best known on-screen characters. Costa uploaded the video, "Never Had a Friend Like Him", on YouTube, reported People magazine.

It features Costa doing quick takes of Williams in more than a dozen roles including "Mork & Mindy", "The Fisher King", "Good Morning Vietnam", "Flubber", "Jack", "Hook", "Popeye", "Jumanji", "Night at the Museum", "Good Will Hunting", "Dead Poets Society", "Aladdin" and "Mrs Doubtfire".

Costa is receiving appreciation for getting Williams' voice right, and also nailing his mannerisms and quick, jerky movements down.
 

"My tribute to the man whose spark ignited my passion," Costa wrote on his Facebook page.

The actor is known for sharing various impressions on Vine and YouTube.
