RPF constable killed in mishap

A 41-year-old Railway Police Force constable died when he fell in a roadside ditch along with his motorcycle here, police said today.

RPF constable Brijendra Singh alias Billu, posted at the Loni railway police station, died yesterday when he fell in a roadside ditch while trying to save someone on Hajipur-Dodahada road under Khekhra police station area, they said.

Singh had come to his native Fakarpur village on leave, police said, adding, the body was sent for post-mortem examination.
