RPG Life Sciences appoints C T Renganathan as MD

Renganathan replaces Ajit Singh Chouhan, who resigned in September 2014

RPG Life Sciences today appointed C T Renganathan as its Managing Director and an Additional Director for a term of three years with immediate effect.

"The Board has appointed C T Renganathan as an Additional Director and as the Managing Director for a term of 3 years with effect from January 2, 2015," the company said in a BSE filing.

In September 2014, RPG Life Sciences' Managing Director Ajit Singh Chouhan resigned. Chouhan continues to be a Director on the Board of the company.

Shares of RPG Life Sciences were trading at Rs 94.20 per scrip on BSE, up 0.64 per cent from previous close.
