RPI leader Ramdas Athawale today demanded legal action against Ramdev for his "anti-Dalit" remarks and said the Yoga guru should have been "guarded" in usage of language.
"Even though Ramdev has apologised for his remarks, he should remember that Dalits will not tolerate such mistake again," said Athawale while addressing a press conference here.
"Ramdev was criticising Rahul Gandhi and his intention was not to hurt Dalits, but his comments are disgraceful. Even when criticising an opponent, one should be guarded in the language used," the Dalit leader said, adding the legal action be taken against the yoga guru.
