Two persons were fired at and over
Rupees ten lakh looted from them at gunpoint at Nazirgunj in Howrah district today.
The incident took place at Haldar Para on Andul Road when three persons stopped a car, opened the front door, fired at the occupants of the car and snatched Rupees 10.80 lakh from them, a police official said.
The driver and a cashier of a private company were going to the bank to deposit the amount.
The injured driver and the cashier were admitted to a hospital.
