Rs 25 lakh gold biscuits seized from passenger

About 1.3 kg of gold biscuits worth Rs 25 lakh were today seized from a passenger who arrived here from Bangkok by a Thai Airways flight, airport sources said.

The 23-year-old man first went through the green channel but officials called him back on suspicion.

A search revealed the biscuits hidden inside his left shoe, they said.
