Salepur SDPO comes under vigilance net

On allegations of possession of disproportionate assets by Salepur Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Pravat Pradhan, State Vigilance sleuths today his office at Salepur and at his residence in Cuttack city simultaneously.

The searches were continuing till evening and process of ascertaining the movable and immovable assets amassed by the senior police officer were on.

A source in the vigilance directorate informed that the searches were undertaken on the basis of a search warrant obtained from a relevant court.
