Vice President Hamid Ansari's wife Salma Ansari today offered 'chaadar' and prayers at the dargah of Sufi saint Sheikh Salim Chisti in Fatehpur Sikri here.
It was Salma's fourth visit to the dargah. She was welcomed by Sajjadanashin Saif Mian Chisti at the dargah.
He also gifted a 'chaadar' to Salma on the occasion.
She prayed for peace and harmony in the country.
After staying at the dargah for about an hour, she left for Ajmer.
Sajjadanashin said that Salma had visited the dargah earlier as well. The Vice President had also offered 'chaadar' at the dargah once.
