Sanjay Kumar, new principal secy to Jharkhand CM

The 1990 batch IAS officer Sanjay Kumar, will be the principal secretary to the newly appointed Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das.

Chief Secretary Sajjal Chakraborty said the Bihar cadre officer would take charge on January 1 next.
