Saritha Nair, key accused in the solar panel scam in Kerala, today appeared before a judicial magistrate court here in connection with a related case.
Nair and Biju Radhakrishnan were arrested in 2009 for allegedly cheating two persons, including one from the city, of Rs.32.57 lakh, promising solar panels.
Since, the co-accused Radhakrishnan failed to appear, Magistrate, V Karthikeyan posted the case to September 18.
