Satish Chander Gupta appointed PS to Sushma Swaraj

Satish Chander Gupta, a non-government official, was today appointed as Private Secretary to External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj.

Gupta, a private person, has been appointed on contract basis and on co-terminus basis with the tenure of the minister, said an order issued by Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT).
