Saurav, Joshana enter semifinals in Hong Kong

Leading Indian players Saurav Ghosal and Joshana Chinappa entered the semifinals of the USD 25,000 HKFC International squash tournament here today.

Second seed Ghosal defeated Nafizwan Adnan of Malaysia 11-4 11-4 11-7 while fourth seeded Joshana set aside Delia Arnold, also of Malaysia, 11-5 11-7 11-8.

Arnold came into the tournament after reaching the semifinals of the British Open earlier in the month.

Ghosal next takes on Dutchman Laurens Jan Anjema while Joshana face top seed and local favourite Annie Au tomorrow.
