Actress Scarlett Johansson has returned to music and she is going "super-pop" with her new band.
The 30-year-old actress-singer is now the frontwoman of an all-girl group called The Singles featuring Holly Miranda, Kendra Morris and Julia Haltigan, reported Ace Showbiz.
"The idea was to write super-pop dance music written and performed by girls," Johansson said in a statement.
She cited Grimes, The Bangles and The Go-Go's as major influences, saying, "I wanted it to be like those bands: ultra pop but also a little ironic, a little in on the joke.
