SCCI holds talk with E Singhbhum admn over pulse price spiral

Amid outcry over spiraling prices of pulse, Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) today had discussion with the East Singhbhum district administration over the issue.

A delegation of SCCI, Krishi Bazar Samity and Jamshedpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI) met the Sub-Divisional Officer (Dalbhum), Alok Kumar and held talks over the rising prices of pulse a day after Kumar inspected some shops in the Krishi Bazar samity on Friday.

The President and General Secretary of SCCI, Suresh Sonthalia and Prabhakar Singh promised to co-operate with the administration after Kumar urged them to sell pulse at reasonable price.
