School principal shot dead

R K Singh, who was the principal of Ashok Intermediate College, was shot dead by two motorcycle-borne assailants while returning from his morning walk, Superintendent of Police Govind Agarwal said.

A case has been registered and effort being made to arrest those involved in the crime, he said.
