Television personality Scott Disick's father Jeffrey has died, only months after he lost his mother Bonnie.
Jeffrey, who was a real-estate developer, passed away on January 3 in LA, reported E! online.
Further details about Jeffrey's death have not been revealed yet. Scott has not released a statement to address the sad news.
"The whole family is so devastated and Scott is beside himself. Scott is an only child with no remaining family," a source said.
Scott's mother died in November last year, after a brief illness. She was 63.
Jeffrey and Bonnie lived in Long Island, where they raised their only child, Scott. They also made an appearance in an episode of 'Kourtney and Kim Take New York' in 2011.
