A sub-divisional magistrate caught two officials of Delhi Development Authority (DDA) while allegedly accepting a bribe but the police has refused to file an FIR, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia today claimed.

Sisodia posted a video on Twitter in this regard in which two persons are purportedly seen "taking money".

Sisodia in his tweet has claimed that neither Delhi police nor ACB has registered an FIR in this regard.

"After catching two corrupt officers red-handed, a Delhi government SDM is running pillar to post to register an FIR," he claimed in his tweet.

Meanwhile, according to a senior official, following a complaint, Defence Colony SDM "raided" the DDA office in Civil Lines area and caught two government employees allegedly while accepting a bribe.

The entire incident was "caught on camera" by the SDM, who later took them to Kotla Mubarakpur police station to register an FIR but the official alleged that Delhi police "refused to do so."

"SDM took them to Delhi government's Anti-Corruption Branch but the duty officer declined to take the complaint," he claimed.
