SDM's vehicle fatally knocks down minor boy

Ajmat died on the spot after he was knocked down by the vehicle of SDM Mahendra Singh, who was coming from Raebareli town, they said.

Protesting against the incident, locals later blocked the Allahabad-Lucknow highway demanding compensation.

Senior officials have reached the spot and are trying to bring the situation under control, police said.
