A grouping of Sebi employees has said that its members would leave work one hour ealry on September 5 in order to highlight various pending issues.
In a letter to the regulator, the Sebi Employees Association (SEA) has communicated that its members propose to leave the office an hour prior to the scheduled time by availing Permission to Leave Early (PLE),
The association has sought resolution of issues pertaining to superannuation benefits by establishment of a concerned fund.
Among other issues are formalising institutional mechanism for dealing with external agencies and holistic promotion policy, according to the letter.
While Sebi management has engaged with the SEA in addressing the issues, tangible results are still awaited, it said.
