Select copra falls on subdued demand

Copra Alapuzha and copra Kozhikode prices fell at the spices market here today due to subdued demand from stockists and retailers.

Meanwhile, rest all other spices ruled steady in the absence of any major buying.

Copra office Alapuzha and copra office Kozhikode prices declined by Rs 50 per quintal each to Rs 4,700 and Rs 4,600 from Monday's closing level of Rs 4,750 and Rs 4,650.
