Select pulses rose by Rs 100 per quintal at the wholesale pulses market today due to pick up in demand from local parties against limited arrivals from producing belts.
Traders said pick up in demand against limited arrivals from producing belts mainly led to rise in select pulses.
In the national capital, moong and its dal chilka local rose by Rs 100 each to Rs 5,800-6,300 and Rs 6,400-6,800, while moong dal dhoya local and best quality moved up by similar margin to Rs 6,600-6,700 and Rs 7,200-7,300 per quintal, respectively.

Masoor small and bold went up by Rs 100 each to Rs 4,100-4,350 and Rs 4,300-4,400 and its dal local and best quality traded higher by the same margin to Rs 4,900-5,000 and Rs 4,950-5,050 per quintal, respectively.
Malka local and best quality also gained Rs 100 each to Rs 4,950-5,050 and Rs 5,150-5,250 per quintal, respectively.
