Karnataka will meet Puducherry and Telangana will take on Rajasthan in the semi-finals of the 5th National Sitting Volleyball Championship for physically challenged players here tomorrow.
In all 10 teams are participating in the championship, which began here today and semi-finalists were spotted after the league matches held since morning.
The meet is organised at Kumaragugu College of Technology here, as part of International Day of People with Disability on December 3, jointly by Paralympic Volleyball Federation of India, Paralympic Volleyball Association of Tamil Nadu, Paralympic Association of Coimbatore district.
Teams from Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Haryana, Kerala, Karnataka, Goa and Telangana are taking part.
Some results: Kerala defeated Maharashtra 17-25, 25-16 25-21, Puducherry beat Delhi 25-11 25-17, Karnataka defeated Rajasthan 25-11, 25-15.
