Seth Rogen, Zac Efron reteam for 'Neighbours 2'

Zac Efron and Seth Rogen are returning again on the big screen with Universal moving ahead with the sequel to 'Neighbours'.
The film, which cost just USD 18 million to make, went on to collect USD 268 million at the box office and most of the team including stars Rogen, Efron and Rose Byrne as well as director Nicholas Stoller.
The part two is slated to release on May 13, 2016 -- a date the studio was holding for a different R-rated comedy that it had yet to name.
The first film revolved around a couple (Rogen, Byrne) with a new baby who are forced to live next to a noisy fraternity house.
