Actress Kristin Davis, who played Charlotte York in "Sex and the City", believes the adventure of four friends is still not over.

Davis said when they began they did not think the show will become a cult hit.

"The whole entire ride of Sex and the City has been one surprise after another surprise. We never thought we would really be a hit. We didn't think we'd win an Emmy, we didn't think we'd get to make one film, much less another film," Davis, 51, told People magazine.

The actress starred with Sarah Jessica Parker as Carrie Bradshaw, Kim Cattrall as Samantha Jones, Cynthia Nixon as Miranda Hobbs on the hit HBO show in all the six seasons and two movies.

Davis says she is ready if the produces come up with the next installment of the drama.

"I do feel inside like we're not finished. I do feel like there's another story. I would be up for anything Sarah Jessica and Michael Patrick King think is the right thing.
