School Games Federation of India (SGFI) and Indian Sports Academy (ISA) are to host the U-18 ISF Cricket World School Cup in December 2016.
ISA is the Indian representative for South East Asia of the International School Sport Federation (ISF), the global sport governing body for school sport based out of Antwerp in Belgium, said a media release issued by the academy today.
Foreign representatives of ISF visited facilities and infrastructure in Mumbai and Pune where these matches would be conducted, the release said.

ISF organises World Schools Championships all over the world, in different sporting disciplines, it said.
SGFI and ISA, headed by MD Riyaz Bhati, in association with Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs of the Maharashtra Government, would be hosting ISF events in India, according to the release.
Bhati has been entrusted with this responsibility for South East Asia by a letter signed by Laurent Petrynka, President of ISF, it added.
