SGPC sends relief material to J&K

Shiromani Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee (SGPC) today sent five truck loads of relief materials for flood-affected people in Jammu and Kashmir.

Flagging off the trucks here, SGPC President Avtar Singh Makkar said the vehicles carried medicines, pulses, cooked food and essential items of daily need.

Makkar said SGPC was organising a medical camp at Gurdwara Bunga in Badgam in Srinagar.
