Sharon Stone denies dating Nick Loeb

'Basic Instinct' star Sharon Stone has rubbished reports that she is dating Sofia Vergara's ex Nick Loeb.

Stone was seen partying with Loeb and another person which fuelled stories that they were probably together.

A representative for the "Basic Instinct" star refuted the dating speculation, reported E! News,

"They were out with mutual friends and were introduced. There is no truth to dating rumors," he said.

A representative for Loeb also denied that the businessman was seeing the 56-year-old actress.

"Nick and Sharon attended a few of the same events while she was visiting New York. That's his gal pal," the representative said.
