Shriram Transport Finance raises Rs 695 cr in debt

Shriram Transport Finance today raised Rs 695 crore through an issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) to fund business growth.

The fund has been raised by issuing NCDs on private placement basis, Shriram Transport Finance said in a statement.

The debenture carries coupon rate of 9.15 per cent and 9.22 per cent for five-year and 10-year maturities respectively, it said.
