Sikkim Democratic Front to support Kovind

Chief Minister and ruling Sikkim Democratic Front (SDF) president Pawan Kumar Chamling has announced his support for the BJP-led NDA's candidate Ram Nath Kovind for presidential poll.

"I am sure that an experienced and intelligent personality like Shri Kovind will be able to uphold the dignity and sanctity of the prestigious post," he said in a facebook post.

"The state government and my party support his candidature whole-heartedly," Chamling said.
