Silver gains 0.4% in futures trade
Speculators enlarge positions pushing up prices

Taking positive cues from overseas markets, silver prices recovered by 0.37% to Rs 45,925 per kg in futures trading today as speculators enlarged positions.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver for delivery in far-month December rose by Rs 170, or 0.37%, to Rs 45,925 per kg in business turnover of five lots.
Likewise, the white metal for delivery in September traded higher by Rs 148, or 0.33%, to Rs 45,060 per kg in 433 lots.
Analysts said fresh positions built up by speculators at prevailing levels helped silver futures to trade higher.
Meanwhile, silver traded little changed at $20.82 an ounce in Singapore.
