Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia today sought industry's participation in designing curriculum in government-run training centres as per the market's needs
Speaking at the Annual Regional Meeting of CII Northern Region on 'Building A Competitive North', Sisodia said that the curriculum should be made relevant for students.
"I suggest industry come forward and interact with the government-run training centres to convey their skill requirements so as to fulfil the needs of the industry," the Deputy Chief Minister said.

He said a focus on skill development would go a long way in bringing about a positive change.
Talking about his government's budget, Sisodia said that Delhi government has reduced VAT on air fuel to one per cent from the existing 25 per cent which will help small towns to connect with the national capital.
