'Sivaji' Ganesan remembered on his 86th birth anniversary

Chief Minister N Rangasamy today led the Union Territory of Puducherry to pay floral tributes to the renowned Tamil movie actor Sivaji Ganesan on the occasion of celebration of his 86th birth anniversary.

Speaker, V Sabapathy, ministers and legislators and also representatives of various organisations and Fans Associations paid homage at the statue.

Puducherry government was the first to erect a statue of the actor on the ECR road here some years ago in recognition of his acting skills and dedication to the profession.
