: Six persons have been arrested in connection with the clashes between members of two different communities at Kodi in Kundapur on January 11, which left two persons seriously injured.
Four persons were arrested for their involvement in the clashes and two others for assaulting a youth in an act of revenge, police said.
All the six were produced before the court and had been remanded to judicial custody.
Police said they were taking steps to install CCTV cameras in communally sensitive areas like Koreshwar, Kodi and Halavalli.
