At least six people were killed and another three injured in a suspected arson attack early today at a residential community apartment in Xi'an, capital of China's Shaanxi Province.
Police believe it was an arson. The fire has engulfed 30 square metres before it was put out, state-run Xinhua news agency reported.
The building is a dormitory of a furniture moving firm where the workers had a brawl yesterday. A man surnamed Xie threatened to set fire in revenge, according to initial police probe.
Meanwhile, the injured are in stable condition in hospital, the report said.
